MEET SHARON
NEW LEADERSHIP, DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
A lifelong resident of Lebanon County, Sharon Zook is known for her honesty, integrity, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail. She excelled academically at HACC, Lebanon Valley College, and Penn State University, earning an A.S. in Social Science, a B.A. in Psychology, and an M.A. in Applied Clinical Psychology—all with distinction.
Raised in a plain Mennonite household along Snitz Creek, Sharon now applies her talents at Snitz Creek Cabinet Shop, a third-generation family business, where she designs and oversees manufacturing. Her efforts have attracted millions of dollars in new business—locally, nationally, and internationally—serving homeowners, corporations, designers, and contractors.
Her dedication to public service has earned her the Jefferson Award for Public Service, the Robert S. Davidson Research Award, membership in the National Honor Society, the Soroptimist International Women’s Opportunity Award, induction into the Lebanon County Commission for Women’s Hall of Fame, and multiple Lebanon County Builders Association awards for kitchen remodeling.
Sharon’s life experiences and proven record in stewardship and servant leadership make her uniquely qualified to serve as the next Mayor of Lebanon City.
